Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email xiniu@t-carbon.com.cn before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including returns caused by selecting an incompatible model, year, button layout, or key shape. Please review the fitment information and product photos before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the situation and confirm the appropriate resolution, including any return-shipping arrangements where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds.
